Water Moss Globe

£20.00

This is a Stoneware Ceramic round hanging Bird Feeder.

Fired to over 1200C and durable enough to withstand harsh weather in the garden.

We have made the original mould ourselves and cast the mould with liquid stoneware slip. After it has been fired we paint it with a combination of glazes and fire again to 1220C. This high temperature vitrifies and strengthens the clay and creates beautiful, unpredictable and unique glaze finishes, no one will be the same.

They measure 10.5cm wide by 11.5cm tall and have a 5cm diameter opening.

We have put a hole in the bottom to drain out any rain water that may find its way inside.

.. and YES, they do work.. we have tested ourselves and little birds, robins, blue tits, etc love them!
